Clubhouse
Strategic Intelligence Clubhouse
The Strategic Intelligence Clubhouse is a shared orientation space designed to introduce you to the thinking behind the Strategic Intelligence Decks™ and how they are intended to be used.
Start Here
Before diving into the decks, take a few minutes to understand how the Strategic Intelligence System™ is designed to support real-world leadership decisions.
The brief videos below introduce the intent behind each level of thinking and how leaders typically use the decks in practice.
The Strategic Intelligence System™
The system is built around four distinct modes of thinking that leaders move between as complexity and stakes increase.
- You don’t need to use all four decks at once.
- You don’t need to follow a rigid sequence.
- And you don’t need to “master” the system to benefit from it.
Each deck is designed to support a specific kind of thinking at a specific moment.
Clear Thinking
When clarity is needed before action.
Clear Thinking supports focus, prioritization, and intentional choice, especially when things feel noisy, urgent, or reactive.
This deck is often used:
- To slow down before making a decision
- To separate signal from distraction
- To clarify what actually matters most
Strategic Thinking
When choices, tradeoffs, and direction are required.
Strategic Thinking supports disciplined prioritization, timing, and alignment, particularly in moments that shape future outcomes.
This deck is often used:
- To evaluate options and tradeoffs
- To determine where to focus limited resources
- To align decisions with long-term goals
Executive Thinking
When decisions carry long-term or organizational consequences.
Executive Thinking helps leaders operate at altitude, balancing responsibility, consequence, and impact beyond the immediate moment.
This deck is often used:
- In high-stakes or high-visibility situations
- When decisions affect culture, direction, or reputation
- When leadership judgment matters more than speed
About the Supporting Materials
Each deck includes a Digital Companion delivered with purchase.
Depending on the deck, this may include:
- Answer sheets

- Coaching guides
- Framework guides (Strategic and Executive Thinking)
These materials are designed to support:
- Individual reflection
- Team conversations
- Facilitated or coached use
They are provided separately so you can begin using the decks immediatelywithout needing to return to this page.
The Strategic Intelligence DiagnosticTM
The Strategic Intelligence DiagnosticTM is an optional self-reflection tool designed to help you better understand your dominant thinking patterns, and where you may want to stretch.
Some leaders use the decks intuitively.
Others prefer a bit more structure.
The Diagnostic offers a snapshot of how you currently approach clarity, connection, strategy, and executive judgment, so you can use the decks more intentionally.
The Diagnostic is not required to use the Strategic Intelligence System™.
It’s simply another way to deepen your insight, if and when it’s useful.
Want to Try the Framework First?
The Strategic Intelligence DIY Deck™ is a free, self-guided introduction to the thinking model behind the decks.
A Final Thought
Strategic intelligence is not about having the right answer. It’s about choosing the right level of thinking before you act.
Use the deck that matches the challenge in front of you. Return to others as complexity increases.
- Pause.
- Think.
- And choose with intention.
