When decisions carry long-term or organizational consequences.

This deck is often used:
- In high-stakes or high-visibility situations
- When decisions affect culture, direction, or reputation
- When leadership judgment matters more than speed

The Diagnostic is not required to use the Strategic Intelligence System™.
It’s simply another way to deepen your insight, if and when it’s useful.
