Pam has been my source of inspiration, she has helped me transform the way I see myself and how I show up.
During our first session I shared with Pam I needed someone that would be direct not passive and be expressive, because I needed a BIG push to get me out of my own way. I needed someone to guide me in the right direction to becoming a successful leader. Pam was every bit of what I needed and more, she told me I was already a successful leader, I just needed to realize it and believe it! She dug deep and forced me to think outside the box, causing me to face myself and uncover the “why” do you think your not a leader,” to get to the “how” will you show up as a leader.” She offered tools and methods to strengthen my thought leadership and build my self confidence.

It was encouraging to know I had someone in my corner who was invested in my success and happiness.

Pam’s coaching was an integral part in catapulting me to the next level in my career. She went above and beyond to get me to where I’m and has provided me with the tools I need for ongoing success.
I highly recommend any and everyone to get them a Pamela Green, her work ethic, professionalism, focus and heart-based leadership are the right ingredients to take transform your life.

I just finished listening to the above referenced webinar.
I have an operational P&L based background before I got into training, coaching and HR. Your comments and perspectives are spot on and a credit to the profession.
I always said I don’t want to be given a seat at the table for HR, I want to show executives why they NEED HR at the table.
Have a great week.

Thank you,

Thank you very much for your words of wisdom. As “unfair” as it may seem at the moment (not being able to go on a much needed vacation), not sacrificing what I NEED for what I WANT is critical to succeeding in my career. Like you rightly suggested, I need to learn to say ‘no’ sometimes without feeling guilty. I attended a training which was fully paid for by my company and since coming back, I started a mentoring program with other PAs (3 of them) in my office although this group is not “official” yet. We meet monthly and I take the opportunity to pass on what I learnt from the training which is my own way of giving back.
I will update you as things turn out with me. Once again, thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my mail and for sharing your wealth of wisdom with us during the webinar.

I attended the HR Coaching Institute in August 2015. I found the class to be extremely informative and perfectly structured as I knew nothing at all about coaching upon enrolling. We were provided all of the necessary instructional tools to prepare us for a successful career in coaching. From the program materials, several opportunities to practice coaching with other members of the training class, as well as occasionally being paired off with coaches that had coaching experience to give us an opportunity for feedback from others already in the field. We also had several homework assignments, and were always encouraged to ask any questions necessary to help us to have a full understanding of the coach training experience. I was also pleased by how knowledgeable our instructor Pam Green was in the field. Her dedication to this venture and preparation were unmatched! There is nothing I feel that this experience lacked in preparing me to be the absolute best coach possible. I am thankful I was able to attend and have suggested the program to others that have an interest in the profession.

I have attended many training sessions about ROI. Your’s is the first to show me the actual hands on process of calculation, reasoning, measuring, and communication in a succinct, understandable method. Keep up the great work. You are valuable.

Loved it!! Especially the Q&A section of employee engagement. I laughed on your statement of stopping team building exercises! I loved your statement that engagement may be dependent on the leader, not the employee. What are the good leaders doing to engage their employees? Also loved your comments on rewarding good employees and helping the others to leave the institution.

In regards to your book, I’m so proud that I was fortunate enough to be the winner of such a stimulating boost in the now season of my career. The 7 step strategic brand plan found me in many areas. I’m in the “What do I do next with what I know moment”. After working my way up in a profession for 25 years, A time of a shift within the organization came. I experienced a setback along with knowing that my financial worth should be more than what I was receiving. I chose to move on and after that decision, it was proven to me of my worth by walking in on the conversation of my replacement starting out with $12k more than what my base salary ended as, with less experience. I’m now three years in a “3 party personnel” employee status. A shift between bosses cross my path during this time and thanks to your book I intend to define where I’m at within the organization. I’ve prepared a performance overview with achievements, objectives, and a request for a raise. As for rating the book,
I give a 5 for a must read to all Administrative Careers! Thanks again Pam
